I moved into the building back in October and then changed apartments in Feb to be on the first floor. I can't say enough great things about the team here and the location. I can walk to pretty much anything I need. Restaurants, grocery, coffee, great brunch places, and bars. I have a pet and they treat her like family and she has to stop into the office anytime we pass by. She loves the team and they love her. I like that it's a great mix of ages in the building and I for the first time ever living in an apartment, feel like it's an actual community. Best place in Plaza Midwood!

Loving my new apartment! It's great to be able to walk out to Moo & Brew, Legion, Soul Gastrolounge and many more of Charlotte's best places. The apartment had just what I was looking for, clean, new, and really modern. The leasing agents were super helpful in making my move-in really easy. Highly recommend!

Love the amenities of this site!! The pool is spacious and everyone is super friendly. The gym is nicer than a lot of gyms I've been to in Charlotte. I'm a Charlotte native and believe this complex is a great addition to the neighborhood!! Love it here.
